Oven Ready Part Three - Tilburg Sourdough

I have been a little quiet on here for a few weeks but with good reason!  This is the latest set in my Oven Ready series.  Coming this time from Tilburg Sourdough in the Netherlands.  
The bakery is owned and run by Luc Martin and Adrian Benko, their attention to detail in both the products and the shop itself made for a bread stalking photographers paradise!  A huge thank you to Luc and Adrian for allowing me to visit.

I will hopefully have some exciting Oven Ready news to share in the next couple of months, fingers crossed I will keep you posted!
