Another day another recipe test and test shoot. On the cards today raspberry and vanilla jam. The recipe was a complete triumph. Once I had got it all in the jars there was a little left in the pan which I guiltily enjoyed eating with a spoon! And a pleasant surprise in the veggie patch, at last the blackbird seems to have had his fill and left some strawberries for me.
